Cyril Coisne

"I have a passion for football that stems from France winning the World Cup for the first time in 1998, when I was 5 years old.

I went on to play for Lille OSC and Valenciennes FC, two professional clubs in northern France, before joining St Francis College in New York.

 

My experience playing at the highest level in France, combined with my education in NCAA D1,

taught me about the psychological aspect of the game, which I believe is key to success. 

 

So naturally, when I started coaching, I realized the need to develop this aspect of the game as early as possible.

 

This led me to coach for PSG and the French Football Academy where I started to implement mental training with my U13 and U18 players.

After getting certified in Mental Preparation for Athletes and graduated from the Master of Coaching at the Johan Cruyff Institute,

I wanted to create a program to share my approach with more than just my teams.

Ambitious players are too often left alone in this process.

With CC Management Football,

I aim to provide young players with the support and guidance I wish I had during my own playing career.

The only goal is to ensure players do not miss on opportunities or have regrets because of a lack of understanding of their own brain.
